摘要:
目的 探索“互联网+”门诊的研究热点及进展。方法 选取2001-2021年CNKI期刊及论文数据库收录的“互联网+”门诊相关文献为研究对象，采用CiteSpace5.7.R2及VOSviewer对相关文献的作者、机构及高频关键词进行可视化分析，通过突变词和关键词聚类分析研究该领域的热点及进展。结果 “互联网+”门诊研究总体呈上升趋势，2012年后年度发文量均超过50篇且发文上升速度明显加快；作者及机构团体间的相互合作很少，单个作者发文量最高为5篇且大多为机构内合作；关键词聚类共12个聚类：就医体验、门诊药房、门诊医生工作站、出入院、发热门诊、门诊电子病历、医疗信息化、数据库、门诊、门诊流程、软件、诊间预约；突变词显示当下研究热点主要是互联网+、智慧门诊、智慧医院。结论 “互联网+”门诊研究目前主要集中在门诊信息化建设、流程再造、门诊药房、门诊服务及管理等信息化及部分在线化建设方面，并向智慧医疗、智慧门诊等信息化及在线化升级和智能化建设方面发展。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the research hotspots and progress of "Internet+" outpatient.Methods The relevant literature of "Internet+" outpatient in CNKI journals and papers database from 2001 to 2021 was selected as the research object. The authors, institutions and high-frequency keywords of the relevant literature were visualized by CiteSpace 5. 7. R2 and VOSviewer. The hotspots and progress in this field were studied by cluster analysis of mutation words and keywords.Results The overall trend of "Internet+" outpatient research was on the rise. After 2012, the annual number of publications was more than 50, and the increase rate was significantly accelerated. There was little cooperation between authors and institutional groups. The number of single authors was up to 5 and most of them were intra-institutional cooperation. Keywords clustering a total of 12 clusters: medical experience, outpatient pharmacy, outpatient doctor workstation, hospital, fever clinic, outpatient electronic medical records, medical information, database, outpatient, outpatient process, software, outpatient appointment; mutations show that the current research hotspots were mainly focused on Internet+, smart outpatient and smart hospitals.Conclusion At present, the research of "Internet+" outpatient mainly focuses on the informatization construction, process reengineering, outpatient pharmacy, outpatient service and management and some online construction, and develops to the informatization and online upgrading and intelligent construction of smart medical and smart outpatient.
