摘要:
经皮椎间孔镜技术是脊柱微创外科中较为常用的内窥镜辅助技术,最初被用于腰椎间盘突出症的外科治疗,随着近年来相关技术的不断推广与改进,现已广泛应用于多种腰椎疾病的临床治疗中,其优势及局限性均较为明显。基于此,本文结合经皮椎间孔镜技术的解剖基础、腰椎病变治疗情况、优势及局限性等对腰椎病变中经皮椎间孔镜技术的应用进展进行综述,以期为临床治疗提供参考。
Abstract:
Transforaminal endoscopic spine system technique is a commonly used endoscope-assisted technique in minimally invasive spine surgery, which is originally used for the surgical treatment of lumbar disc herniation. With the continuous promotion and improvement of related technologies in recent years, it has been widely used in the clinical treatment of various lumbar diseases, and its advantages and limitations are obvious. Based on this, this paper reviewed the application progress of transforaminal endoscopic spine system technique in lumbar lesions combined with the anatomical basis of transforaminal endoscopic spine system technique, the treatment of lumbar lesions, advantages and limitations, so as to provide reference for clinical treatment.
