摘要:
目的 比较注射用奥美拉唑与注射用艾司奥美拉唑治疗活动期胃溃疡患者的临床效果。方法 选取2020年2月-2021年2月在我院诊治的66例活动期胃溃疡患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各33例。对照组采用注射用奥美拉唑治疗，观察组采用注射用艾司奥美拉唑治疗，比较两组治疗总有效率、临床症状改善消失时间、溃疡愈合时间、胃功能指标以及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为90.90%，高于对照组的78.78%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组腹痛、腹胀消失时间和溃疡愈合时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后胃动素、胃泌素均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组临床不良反应发生率为6.06%，低于对照组的15.15%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 注射用艾司奥美拉唑治疗活动期胃溃疡效果优于注射用奥美拉唑，有助于缩短溃疡愈合时间，降低降低胃动素和胃泌素水平及不良反应发生率。
Abstract:
Objective To compare the clinical effects of omeprazole for injection and esomeprazole for injection in the treatment of active gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 66 patients with active gastric ulcer treated in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 33 cases in each group. The control group was treated with omeprazole for injection, and the observation group was treated with esomeprazole for injection. The total effective rate, disappearance time of clinical symptoms, ulcer healing time, gastric function index and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.90%, which was higher than 78.78% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05). The disappearance time of abdominal pain, abdominal distension and ulcer healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05). After treatment, motilin and gastrin in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05). The incidence of clinical adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.06%, which was lower than 15.15% in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of esomeprazole for injection in the treatment of active gastric ulcer is better than omeprazole for injection, which helps to shorten the healing time of ulcer, reduce the levels of motilin and gastrin and the incidence of adverse reactions.
