摘要:
目的 观察盐酸左西替利嗪分散片对慢性荨麻疹患者的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年5月-2021年5月在我院诊治的74例慢性荨麻疹患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各37例。对照组采用地氯雷他定治疗，观察组采用盐酸左西替利嗪分散片治疗，比较两组治疗总有效率、临床症状消失时间、临床症状评分、皮肤病生活质量指数（DLQI）以及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为94.59%，高于对照组81.08%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组瘙痒、风团消失时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组瘙痒程度、风团数量、风团直径评分均小于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组DLQI评分均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 盐酸左西替利嗪分散片治疗慢性荨麻疹效果确切，可减轻临床症状评分，缩短症状消失时间，改善生活质量，降低不良反应，是一种安全、有效的治疗药物。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of levocetirizine hydrochloride dispersible tablets in patients with chronic urticaria.Methods A total of 74 patients with chronic urticaria who were treated in our hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 37 cases in each group. The control group was treated with desloratadine, and the observation group was treated with levocetirizine hydrochloride dispersible tablets. The total effective rate, disappearance time of clinical symptoms, clinical symptom score, DLQI and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.59%, which was higher than 81.08% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The disappearance time of pruritus and wind mass in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The itching degree, the number of wind mass and the diameter of wind mass in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The DLQI scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Levocetirizine hydrochloride dispersible tablet is effective in the treatment of chronic urticaria, which can reduce the clinical symptom score, shorten the disappearance time of symptoms, improve the quality of life, and reduce adverse reactions. It is a safe and effective therapeutic drug.
