摘要:
单分子免疫检测技术是近年来重点开发的数字免疫分析方式,该方式可将待测分子限制于极小空间内,通过对检测信号的绝对计数,实现痕量标志物的高灵敏度检测。目前,基于微阵列芯片技术的Simoa检测系统已成为单分子免疫检测的金标准,广泛应用于多种生物标记物的检测中,在神经退行性疾病、传染性疾病及肿瘤等领域均具有显著的应用优势。本文结合Simoa等技术原理,对单分子免疫检测技术的临床研究做一综述,以供临床参考。
Abstract:
Single molecule immunoassay technology is a digital immunoassay method developed in recent years. This method can limit the molecules to be tested to a very small space, and achieve high sensitivity detection of trace markers by absolute counting of detection signals. At present, the Simoa detection system based on microarray chip technology has become the gold standard for single molecule immunoassay, widely used in the detection of various biomarkers, and has significant application advantages in the fields of neurodegenerative diseases, infectious diseases and tumors. Based on the technical principles of Simoa, this paper reviews the clinical research of single molecule immunoassay technology for clinical reference.
