摘要:
目的 通过期刊文献探讨国内叙事医学主题研究的演进历程，梳理其时序发展中的研究热点与进展趋势，并厘清研究重点轨迹，以期为今后发展与实践提供参考依据。方法 以CNKI为文献数据来源，采用文献计量学和CiteSpace软件对2011-2021年纳入的409篇国内叙事医学主题研究文献进行统计归纳和关键词可视化科学知识图谱分析。结果 国内叙事医学正处在快速发展阶段，大致可分为理论探索期（2011-2018年）和临床实践期（2019年以后）两个发展阶段；领域研究贡献力量（学者、机构）规模相对较小，但研究成果载文量核心期刊群形成，且其主题研究的热点主要聚焦在叙事医学内涵、医学人文、医患关系、学科贡献及临床实践5大主题内容；从关键词网络分析可见，其发展经历了从早期围绕医学人文和医患关系的基础内涵阐释（2011-2014年）到向临床叙事转化的理论探讨（2015-2018年）、再到临床实践（2019年以后）的逻辑演化路径。结论 本研究对国内叙事医学主题文献进行了系统性梳理，清晰了领域的整体发展与演进趋势，并可预测叙事医学在临床中应用实践是当前及未来主要的研究重点与方向。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the evolution of narrative medicine research in China through periodical literature, sort out the research hotspots and trends in its sequential development, clarify the research focus track in order to provide reference for future development and practice.Methods Taking CNKI as the literature data source, 409 domestic narrative medicine research literatures from 2011 to 2021 were statistically summarized and the key words visualization scientific knowledge map was analyzed by bibliometrics and CiteSpace software.Results Narrative medicine in China was in a rapid development stage and could be divided into two stages: theoretical exploration period (2011-2018) and clinical practice period (2019-). The scale of field research contributions (scholars and institutions) was relatively small. However, a core journal group of research results had been formed and the focus of its subject research mainly focuses on five themes: narrative medicine connotation, medical humanities, doctor-patient relationship, academic contribution and clinical practice. From the network analysis of keywords, it could be seen that its development had gone through the logical evolution path from the early explanation of the basic connotation of medical humanities and doctor-patient relationship (2011-2014) to the theoretical discussion of the transformation to clinical narrative (2015-2018), and then to the clinical practice (2019-).Conclusion In this study, the themeliteratures of narrative medicine in China is systematically combed, the overall development and evolution trend of the field are clarified and the clinical application of narrative medicine can be predicted, which is the main research focus and direction at present and in the future.
