摘要:
目的 探讨24 h尿钠、尿钾水平与高血压患者血压和动脉僵硬度的关系。方法 选取2019年3月-2021年6月我院收治的高血压患者100例作为研究对象,依据是否伴有动脉僵硬将高血压伴动脉僵硬患者设为研究组(n=50),不伴动脉僵硬患者设为对照组(n=50)。比较两组临床资料,并分析脉搏波传导速度(PWV)、血压与各指标的相关性。结果 两组年龄、冠心病、BMI、收缩压、空腹血糖、同型半胱氨酸、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、糖化血红蛋白、24 h尿钠、24 h尿钾、PWV比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析显示,血压与年龄、BMI、冠心病、空腹血糖、同型半胱氨酸、24 h尿钠、24 h尿钾呈正相关(P<0.05);PWV与年龄、收缩压、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、24 h尿钠、24 h尿钾呈正相关,与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 24 h尿钠、尿钾水平与高血压患者血压和动脉僵硬度密切相关,且随24 h尿钠、尿钾水平升高,血压不断升高,动脉僵硬度趋于严重化,值得临床予以重视。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the relationship of 24 h urinary sodium and potassium levels with blood pressure and arterial stiffness in hypertensive patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with hypertension admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects. According to whether there was arterial stiffness, patients with hypertension and arterial stiffness were set as the study group (n=50), and patients without arterial stiffness were set as the control group (n=50). The clinical data of the two groups were compared, and the correlation between PWV, blood pressure and each index was analyzed.Results There were significant differences in age, coronary heart disease, BMI, systolic blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, homocysteine, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, glycosylated hemoglobin, 24 h urinary sodium, 24 h urinary potassium and PWV between the two groups (P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that blood pressure was positively correlated with age, BMI, coronary heart disease, fasting blood glucose, homocysteine, 24 h urinary sodium and 24 h urinary potassium (P<0.05); PWV was positively correlated with age, systolic blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, 24 h urinary sodium and 24 h urinary potassium, and negatively correlated with high density lipoprotein cholesterol (P<0.05).Conclusion 24 h urinary sodium and potassium levels are closely related to blood pressure and arterial stiffness in patients with hypertension. With the increase of 24 h urinary sodium and potassium levels, blood pressure increases and arterial stiffness tends to be serious, which is worthy of clinical attention.
