摘要:
目的 观察缩宫素静脉微量泵与静脉滴注对产妇产后出血风险的预防作用。方法 选取2020年10月-2021年10月于广丰区人民医院妇产科分娩的86例产妇为研究对象，按照治疗方式分为对照组和观察组，每组43例。对照组产妇于胎儿娩出后给予缩宫素常规静脉滴注，观察组产妇于胎儿娩出后给予缩宫素静脉微量泵输注，比较两组子宫收缩效果、产后出血量、产后出血发生率、不良事件及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组宫缩优良率为95.35%，高于对照组的81.40%（P＜0.05）；观察组产后2、24 h出血量及产后出血发生率均小于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组不良事件发生率为2.33%，低于对照组的16.28%（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 缩宫素静脉微量泵方案可促进产后子宫收缩，降低产后出血量及出血风险，不良事件少，并发症风险低，其效果优于静脉滴注方案。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the preventive effect of oxytocin intravenous micro pump and intravenous drip on the risk of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 86 parturients who gave birth in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Guangfeng District People’s Hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects. According to the treatment methods, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given routine intravenous infusion of oxytocin after delivery, and the observation group was given intravenous infusion of oxytocin by micro pump after delivery. The uterine contraction effect, postpartum hemorrhage, incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, adverse events and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of uterine contraction in the observation group was 95.35%, which was higher than 81.40% in the control group (P<0.05). The amount of bleeding at 2 and 24 hours after delivery and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 2.33%, which was lower than 16.28% in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Oxytocin intravenous micropump regimen can promote postpartum uterine contraction, reduce postpartum hemorrhage and bleeding risk, with fewer adverse events and lower risk of complications. Its effect is better than that of intravenous drip regimen.
