摘要:
目的 探讨孟鲁司特钠与特布他林联合用药治疗哮喘患儿的临床疗效及其对呼吸功能的影响。方法 选择2020年5月-2021年9月我院收治的40例哮喘患儿作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法随机分为对照组与联合治疗组，各20例。对照组予以常规治疗及特布他林治疗，联合治疗组在对照组基础上给予孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组临床疗效、肺功能指标水平[第1 s用力呼气容积（FEV1）及其与用力肺活量（FVC）百分比（FEV1/FVC）、最大呼气流速（PEF）]以及呼吸力学指标水平[动态顺应性（Cdyn）、气道阻力（Raw）、气道峰压（PIP）和呼吸作功（WOB）]。结果 联合治疗组临床疗效为95.00%，高于对照组的65.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；联合治疗组FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF以及Cdyn指标水平均高于对照组，Raw、PIP和WOB指标水平低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 孟鲁司特钠与特布他林联合治疗小儿哮喘的临床疗效确切，能有效改善患儿哮喘临床症状及肺功能，且联合用药安全性较高。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of montelukast sodium combined with terbutaline in the treatment of children with asthma and its effect on respiratory function.Methods A total of 40 children with asthma admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into control group and combined treatment group by random number table method, with 20 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy and terbutaline, and the combined treatment group was treated with montelukast sodium on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, lung function indexes [forced expiratory volume in the first second (FEV1) and its percentage with forced vital capacity (FEV1/FVC), peak expiratory flow (PEF)] and respiratory mechanics indexes [dynamic compliance ( Cdyn), airway resistance (Raw), peak airway pressure (PIP) and work of breathing (WOB)] were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the combined treatment group was 95.00%, which was higher than 65.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of FVC, FEV1, FEV1/FVC, PEF and Cdyn in the combined treatment group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of Raw, PIP and WOB were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of montelukast sodium combined with terbutaline in the treatment of children with asthma is definite, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and lung function of children with asthma, and the safety of combined medication is high.
