摘要:
目的 研究综合护理干预在ICU呼吸重症患者呼吸机撤机中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年5月-2021年8月我院接诊的100例呼吸重症患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各50例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予综合护理干预，比较两组呼吸机撤机时间、ICU入住时间、一次撤机成功率、并发症发生率、护理满意度以及生活质量评分。结果 观察组呼吸机撤机时间、ICU入住时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组一次撤机成功率为94.00%，高于对照组的80.00%（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为8.00%，低于对照组的20.00%（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度为98.00%，高于对照组的86.00%（P＜0.05）；两组护理后生活质量评分均高于护理前，且观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 综合护理干预可缩短呼吸机撤机时间、ICU入住时间，提高一次撤机成功率，降低并发症发生率，改善生活质量水平，且护理满意度较高。
Abstract:
Objective To study the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in ventilator weaning of ICU patients with severe respiratory disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with severe respiratory diseases admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The ventilator weaning time, ICU stay time, one-time weaning success rate, complication rate, nursing satisfaction and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The ventilator weaning time and ICU stay time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The success rate of one-time weaning in the observation group was 94.00%, which was higher than 80.00% in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.00%, which was lower than 20.00% in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.00%, which was higher than 86.00% of the control group (P<0.05). The quality of life scores of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can shorten the ventilator weaning time and ICU stay time, improve the success rate of one-time weaning, reduce the incidence of complications, improve the quality of life, and have higher nursing satisfaction.
