摘要:
肾肿瘤发病机制复杂,具有发现晚、转移早、进展快、预后差的特点,早期发现和早期干预对于肾肿瘤患者的治疗至关重要。近年来,基于肾肿瘤生物标志物的体外诊断和体内成像技术逐渐进入临床应用,为肾肿瘤疾病的早期筛查提供了新的方法和手段。基质金属蛋白酶-7(MMP-7)是肾肿瘤的重要生物标记物之一。本文对荧光成像方法标记MMP-7的原理、临床应用和体外快速诊断几个方面对国内外相关技术进行了归纳和分析,以期为该技术的进一步研究和应用提供参考。
Abstract:
The pathogenesis of renal tumors is complex, with the characteristics of late detection, early metastasis, rapid progression and poor prognosis. Early detection and early intervention are very important for the treatment of patients with renal tumors. In recent years, in vitro diagnosis and in vivo imaging technology based on renal tumor biomarkers have gradually entered clinical applications, providing new methods and means for early screening of renal tumor diseases. Matrix metalloproteinase-7 (MMP-7) is one of the important biomarkers of renal tumors. In this paper, the principle, clinical application and in vitro rapid diagnosis of MMP-7 labeled by fluorescence imaging method are summarized and analyzed in order to provide reference for further research and application of this technology.
