摘要:
目的 比较经皮克氏针髓内固定与钢板内固定治疗多发跖骨骨折的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析2016年5月-2021年6月我院收治的多发跖骨骨折患者43例作为研究对象,按治疗方式不同分为钢板组(23例)和克氏针组(20例)。克氏针组采用闭合复位克氏针髓内固定治疗,钢板组采用钢板内固定治疗,比较两组骨折愈合时间、完全负重行走时间、足踝关节功能优良率、术后并发症发生率。结果 钢板组愈合时间、完全负重行走时间短于克氏针组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。钢板组足踝关节功能优良率为86.96%,高于克氏针组的65.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);钢板组并发症总发生率为4.35%,低于克氏针组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 钢板内固定治疗能有效缩短多发跖骨骨折的愈合时间、完全负重行走时间,改善足踝关节功能,降低并发症发生几率,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Abstract:
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of percutaneous Kirschner wire intramedullary fixation and plate internal fixation in the treatment of multiple metatarsal fractures.Methods A retrospective analysis of 43 patients with multiple metatarsal fractures admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to June 2021 was divided into plate group (23 cases) and Kirschner wire group (20 cases) according to different treatment methods. The Kirschner wire group was treated with closed reduction and Kirschner wire intramedullary fixation, and the plate group was treated with plate internal fixation. The fracture healing time, full weight-bearing walking time, excellent and good rate of foot and ankle joint function, and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The healing time and full weight-bearing walking time of the plate group were shorter than those of the Kirschner wire group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of ankle joint function in the plate group was 86.96%, which was higher than 65.00% in the Kirschner wire group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the plate group was 4.35%, which was lower than 25.00% in the Kirschner wire group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Plate internal fixation can effectively shorten the healing time and full weight-bearing walking time of multiple metatarsal fractures, improve the function of ankle joint and reduce the incidence of complications, which has high clinical application value.
