摘要:
目的 分析我国可穿戴设备在医疗领域的研究热点及趋势,为可穿戴设备的研究提供借鉴和参考。方法 检索中国知网(CNKI)2002-2022年可穿戴医疗设备相关文献,采用Citespace软件进行发文量、作者、机构、发文期刊、基金及关键词的可视化分析。结果 共纳入1291篇文献,近20年来该领域发文量先逐年增长后略有下降,2014-2022年发文量均在120篇以上;1291篇文献分别来自30个期刊和300个机构,涉及作者472人,高产作者较少,华中科技大学发文量最多;关键词共现图谱共得到431个节点,394条连线,网络密度0.106,关键词聚类共有11个聚类标签,老年人是近两年主要研究群体,远程医疗是近两年的研究热点。结论 当前可穿戴医疗领域正处于蓬勃发展时期,但各机构间合作均较分散,未来应加强科研机构间的合作,形成多中心、跨学科及专业性强的研究团队,能够为科研人员提供研究方向。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the research hotspots and trends of wearable devices in the medical field in China, and to provide reference for the research of wearable devices.Methods The literatures related to wearable medical devices in CNKI from 2002 to 2022 were retrieved. Citespace software was used to visually analyze the number of publications, authors, institutions, journals, funds and keywords.Results A total of 1291 literatures were included. In the past 20 years, the number of publications in this field increased year by year and then decreased slightly. The number of publications in 2014-2022 was more than 120; a total of 1291 papers were collected from 30 journals and 300 institutions, involving 472 authors. High-yield authors were less, and Huazhong University of Science and Technology published the most papers. A total of 431 nodes and 394 connections were obtained from the keyword co-occurrence map, and the network density was 0.106. There were 11 clustering labels in keyword clustering, the elderly was the main research group in the past two years, and telemedicine was the research hotspot in the past two years.Conclusion At present, the wearable medical field is in a booming period, but the literature results show that the cooperation among various institutions is relatively dispersed. In the future, the cooperation between scientific research institutions should be strengthened to form a multi-center, interdisciplinary and professional research team, which can provide research direction for researchers.
