摘要:
目的 探讨“云医院”平台对门诊慢性乙型肝炎患者长期自我管理能力的影响。方法 选择2020年2月-8月某三甲医院门诊就诊的194例慢性乙型肝炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为干预组(n=99)和对照组(n=95)。对照组采用传统电话随访指导,干预组通过“孟超云医院”平台进行管理,比较两组干预前、干预2周、干预3个月自我管理能力及对医疗服务的满意度。结果 干预3个月后,干预组疾病治疗管理、日常生活管理、社会心理管理、信息管理管理4个维度的评分及自我管理总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组对科室服务态度、医疗服务质量、医院服务流程、科室服务环境的满意度评分及满意度总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 “云医院”平台能够促使多学科团队紧密配合,为慢性乙型肝炎患者提供医疗及信息资源,促进患者长期自我管理,提高其对医疗服务的满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the influence of "Cloud Hospital" platform in long-term self-management ability of outpatient patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods A total of 194 patients with chronic hepatitis B who were admitted to an outpatient department of a class A hospital from February to August 2020 were selected and divided into intervention group (n=99) and control group (n=95). The control group was guided by traditional telephone follow-up, and the intervention group was managed by the platform of "Meng Chao Cloud Hospital". The changes of self-management ability and medical service satisfaction between the two groups were compared before intervention, 2 weeks after intervention and 3 months after intervention.Results After 3 months of intervention, the scores of 4 dimensions of self-management (disease treatment management, daily life management, social psychological management, information management management) and total scores of self-management in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction scores of department service attitude, medical service quality, hospital service process, department service environment and the total score of satisfaction in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The platform of "Cloud Hospital" can promote the close cooperation of multidisciplinary teams, provide medical and information resources for patients with chronic hepatitis B, promote long-term self-management of patients, and improve medical service satisfaction.
