目的 通过对高引用中医药文献计量分析,发现中医药研究的发展趋势,为中医药研究提供科研管理思路。方法 2021年7月1日在Web of Science (WOS)核心数据库使用“traditional chinese medicine”“chinese herbal medicine”“traditional acupuncture”“yin deficiency”“yang deficiency”作为关键词搜索,筛选前100篇被引用数量最高的文献,用VOSviewer (1.6.16 mac)进行文献计量分析,并生成基于文献计量关系的图谱,包括作者共引关系图、国家共引关系图以及关键词共现关系图。结果 共检索出37 870篇文献,其中97.60%为英文文献,80.46%文献来源于中国研究机构。100篇被引用数量最高的文献中被引用次数最高者为2125次。大多数文章发表于2007年,其次是2010年和2008年。研究机构以中国科学院发表文献数量最多。文献类型以综述为主,其次是基础研究和临床研究。药理学、化学、生物化学和分子生物学是研究的主要方向。VOSviewer分析国家共引关系图显示,中国中医药研究占世界中心地位,美国紧随其后。关键词共现关系图显示中医药基础研究中以细胞凋亡、氧化应激为主要研究方向。结论 目前中医药研究已经具有良好的国际化,中国仍然是主要研究中医药的国家,美国、日本以及韩国的研究数量也相当可观。高质量中医药研究是众多科研机构和学者争相探索的课题方向,对于建设有中医药特色的研究型医院意义重大。
Abstract:
Objective To find out the development trend of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) research and provide scientific research management ideas for TCM research by bibliometric analysis of highly cited TCM literature.Methods On July 1, 2021, we searched the Web of Science (WOS) core database using "traditional Chinese medicine" "Chinese herbal medicine " "traditional acupuncture" "yin deficiency" "yang deficiency" as keywords. The first 100 articles with the highest number of citations were screened for bibliometric analysis with VOSviewer (1.6.16 mac), and a map based on bibliometrics was generated, including author co-citation relationship map, country co-citation relationship map and keyword co-occurrence relationship map.Results A total of 37 870 literatures were retrieved, of which 97.60% were in English and 80.46% were from Chinese research institutions. Among the 100 literatures with the highest number of citations, the one with the highest number of citations was 2125 citations. Most articles were published in 2007, followed by 2010 and 2008. The Chinese Academy of Sciences published the most literatures. The literature type was mainly review, followed by basic research and clinical research. Pharmacology, chemistry, biochemistry and molecular biology were the main research directions. VOSviewer analysis of national co-citation relationship diagram showed that Chinese medicine research occupies the central position in the world, followed by the United States. The keyword co-occurrence diagram showed that apoptosis and oxidative stress were the main research directions in the basic research of traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion At present, the research of traditional Chinese medicine has been well internationalized. China is still the country mainly studying traditional Chinese medicine, and the number of research in the United States, Japan and South Korea is also considerable. High quality traditional Chinese medicine research is the subject direction of many scientific research institutions and scholars, which is of great significance for building a research hospital with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.
