摘要:
为实现专科护士评价精细化、系统化、科学化的管理,便于覆盖专科护理人才的护、教、研、管全动态。本文主要总结我院设计并开发的专科护士等级评测管理系统,旨在针对专科护士的选拔、培养、任用、晋级、考核、激励实现全流程信息化管理。
Abstract:
In order to realize the refined, systematic and scientific management of specialist nurses’ evaluation, it is convenient to cover the whole dynamics of nursing, teaching, research and management of specialist nursing talents. This paper mainly summarizes the specialist nurse grade evaluation management system designed and developed by our hospital, aiming to realize the whole-process information management for the selection, training, appointment, promotion, assessment and incentive of specialist nurses.
