摘要:
目的 探讨多元化健康教育对健康体检血糖超标患者自我管理行为、血糖控制效果的影响。方法 选取2019年9月-2021年7月在我院做健康体检时血糖超标(空腹血糖≥6.1 mmol/L)患者386例作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(193例)和观察组(193例)。对照组给予常规健康教育干预,观察组给予多元化健康教育干预。两组均行3个月随访,比较两组干预前后对糖尿病相关知识水平掌握情况、自我管理行为评分情况以及对血糖控制情况。结果 观察组干预后对糖尿病的相关知识掌握程度、自我管理评分高于对照组,血糖控制效果低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 多元化健康教育对健康体检血糖超标患者进行干预,能够有效的提高其对疾病相关知识的认知水平,提高其自我行为管理能力,能够更加有效的控制血糖水平。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of diversified health education on self-management behavior and blood glucose control effect of patients with excessive blood glucose in health examination.Methods A total of 386 patients with excessive blood glucose (fasting blood glucose ≥6.1 mmol/L) during physical examination in our hospital from September 2019 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into control group (193 patients) and observation group (193 patients). The control group was given routine health education intervention, and the observation group was given diversified health education intervention. Both groups were followed up for 3 months. The mastery of diabetes-related knowledge, self-management behavior score and blood glucose control were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention, the mastery degree of diabetes-related knowledge and self-management score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the blood glucose control effect was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified health education can effectively improve the cognitive level of disease-related knowledge, improve their self-behavior management ability, and control blood glucose level more effectively.
