摘要:
妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)是妊娠期常见的合并症,发病机制仍未十分明确,严重威胁母婴健康。目前临床上对于GDM孕妇的诊断和预测方法存在缺陷,代谢组学检测方法有望为GDM的诊断或预测提供帮助。已有较多GDM孕妇的血清或血浆代谢组学的相关研究,但与之相关的文献综述很少,特别是关于血清或血浆中氨基酸、脂质、胆汁酸及其它物质的代谢组学特点更少。因此,总结相关研究对于认识GDM的发病机制以及寻找GDM发病的预测或诊断因子至关重要。本文就GDM孕妇血清或血浆中不同类型物质的代谢组学特点的最新研究进展作一综述。
Abstract:
Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is a common complication during pregnancy. The pathogenesis is still not very clear, which seriously threatens maternal and child health. At present, there are defects in the clinical diagnosis and prediction methods of GDM pregnant women, and metabolomics detection methods are expected to provide help for the diagnosis or prediction of GDM. There have been many studies on serum or plasma metabolomics of GDM pregnant women, but there are few related literature reviews, especially on the metabolomics characteristics of amino acids, lipids, bile acids and other substances in serum or plasma. Therefore, it is very important to summarize the related research to understand the pathogenesis of GDM and to find the predictive or diagnostic factors of GDM. This article reviews the latest research progress on the metabolomics characteristics of different types of substances in serum or plasma of GDM pregnant women.
