摘要:
目的 观察高血压患者血清TIPE2、TNF-α、IL-1β的表达水平，并探讨其对高血压脑出血患者的影响。方法 选取2017年1月-2020年12月在昌邑市人民医院确诊的高血压脑出血患者45例作为观察组，另选取同期45例健康人作为对照组。ELISA试验检测两组血清TIPE2、TNF-α、IL-1β的表达量，分析TIPE2、TNF-α、IL-1β与临床指标的关系及TIPE2与TNF-α、IL-1β的相关性。结果 观察组血清TIPE2低于对照组，TNF-α、IL-1β高于对照组（P＜0.05）；TIPE2、TNF-α、IL-1β与年龄、性别均无关（P＞0.05）。TGF-β1与TNF-α（r=-0.368）、IL-1β（r=-0.338）呈负相关。结论 高血压脑出血患者血清中TIPE2的表达较健康人降低，TNF-α、IL-1β的表达升高，且TIPE2的表达与TNF-α、IL-1β密切相关。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the expression levels of serum TIPE2, TNF-α and IL-1β in patients with hypertension, and to explore their effects on patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 45 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage diagnosed in Changyi People’s Hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were selected as the observation group, and 45 healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group. The expression levels of serum TIPE2, TNF-α and IL-1β in the two groups were detected by ELISA test. The relationship between TIPE2, TNF-α, IL-1β and clinical indicators and the correlation between TIPE2 and TNF-α, IL-1β were analyzed.Results Serum TIPE2 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and TNF-α and IL-1β were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). TIPE2, TNF-α and IL-1β were not related to age and gender (P>0.05). TGF-β1 was negatively correlated with TNF-α (r=-0.368) and IL-1β (r=-0.338).Conclusion The expression of serum TIPE2 in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is lower than that of healthy people, and the expression of TNF-α and IL-1β is increased. While, the expression of TIPE2 is closely related to TNF-α and IL-1β.
