摘要:
目的 探讨高速涡轮牙钻及微创拔牙刀在阻生智齿拔除术中的临床作用。方法 纳入2021年9月-2022年9月婺源县妇幼保健院口腔科收治的72例阻生智齿患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(36例)和观察组(36例)。对照组行传统智齿拔除术,观察组则应用高速涡轮牙钻联合微创拔牙刀完成智齿拔除,比较两组手术指标(手术时间、张口受限度、拔牙完整性、断根率)、患者术后肿胀度、疼痛度[视觉模拟评分(VAS)]及畏惧度[牙科恐惧症调查量表(DFS)]、术后并发症、拔牙满意度。结果 观察组手术时间短于对照组,且张口受限度、拔牙完整性评分、断根率小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后肿胀度、VAS评分、DFS评分均小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组拔牙满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 高速涡轮牙钻联合微创拔牙刀可缩短阻生智齿拔除术的手术时间,提高拔牙完整性,降低患者的张口受限度及断根风险,对患者术后肿胀、疼痛及恐惧心理均具有积极改善作用,且术后并发症少,患者满意度高。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high-speed turbine dental drill and minimally invasive tooth extraction knife in the extraction of impacted wisdom teeth.Methods A total of 72 patients with impacted wisdom teeth admitted to the Department of Stomatology, Wuyuan County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were included and divided into control group (36 patients) and observation group (36 patients) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with traditional wisdom tooth extraction, while the observation group was treated with high-speed turbine dental drill combined with minimally invasive tooth extraction knife to complete wisdom tooth extraction. The surgical indexes (operation time, mouth opening limit, tooth extraction integrity, root breaking rate), postoperative swelling degree, pain degree [visual analogue scale (VAS)] and fear degree [dental phobia survey scale (DFS)], postoperative complications and tooth extraction satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the mouth opening limit, tooth extraction integrity score and root breaking rate were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The postoperative swelling degree, VAS score and DFS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction of tooth extraction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion High-speed turbine dental drill combined with minimally invasive tooth extraction knife can shorten the operation time of impacted wisdom tooth extraction, improve the integrity of tooth extraction, reduce the patient’s mouth opening limit and the risk of root fracture, and have a positive effect on postoperative swelling, pain and fear, with fewer postoperative complications and high patient satisfaction.
