摘要:
目的 探讨不同疗程复合乳酸菌胶囊对根除幽门螺杆菌疗效及药物不良反应的影响。方法 选取2013年6月~2017年6月在我院门诊就诊的幽门螺杆菌阳性的慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡患者120例，随机分为对照组、短疗程组、中疗程组、长疗程组，每组30例。对照组予雷贝拉唑、克拉霉素、阿莫西林、胶体果胶铋四联治疗14 d；短疗程组、中疗程组、长疗程组在上述疗法的同时分别加用复合乳酸菌胶囊1周、2周、4周。停药4周后复查Hp，比较各组的幽门螺杆菌根除率、药物不良反应发生率。结果 各疗程组Hp根除率与对照组相比，差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。对照组不良反应发生率高于各疗程组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），但各疗程组间不良反应发生率相比，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 联用复合乳酸菌胶囊不能提高Hp根除率，但可以显著减少药物不良反应，1周左右的疗程可能为最佳选择。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of different course of lactic acid bacteria capsules on the eradication of Helicobacter pylori and its adverse drug reactions.Methods From June 2013 to June 2017,120 patients with Helicobacter pylori positive chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer were randomly divided into control group,short course group,medium course group and long course group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rabeprazole,clarithromycin,amoxicillin and colloidal bismuth pectin for 14d;the short course group,middle course group and long course group were treated with compound lactic acid bacteria capsule for 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks respectively.Hp was reexamined 4 weeks after withdrawal to compare the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori and the incidence of adverse drug reactions in each group.Results There was no significant difference in the eradication rate of Hp between the treatment groups and the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was higher than that in each treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the treatment groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined use of lactic acid bacteria capsule could not improve Hp eradication rate,but could significantly reduce adverse drug reactions for about one week of treatment may be the best choice.
