摘要:
目的 通过护士的满意度调查了解我院临床一线护士工作满意情况, 分析影响我院护士满意度的因素,为制定提高护士满意度的相关措施提供依据，从而改善护理质量。方法 以问卷网的调查方式,调查对象为我院312名临床一线护士，从2016年1~3月数据中筛查出前三位的不满意项目，针对不满意项目进行分析，改进护理管理模式,采取相应的管理措施，通过半年运行与2016年10~12月收集的护士满意度调查结果进行比较。结果 通过护士满意度调查结果分析影响护士工作积极性因素, 采取相应对策，护士满意度明显提高，护理质量也得到了明显改善。结论 通过提高护士满意度，保证了医院护理质量，提升了医院服务能力。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To understand the job satisfaction of first-line nurses in our hospital through the satisfaction survey of nurses, analyze the factors affecting the satisfaction of nurses in our hospital,and provide evidence for the development of measures to improve the satisfaction of nurses,so as to improve the quality of care.Methods According to the survey method of the questionnaire network, the survey targets 312 clinical first-line nurses in our hospital.The data from January to March 2016 will be used to screen out the top three dissatisfied items,analyze the dissatisfied items, improve the nursing management model,the corresponding management measures were adopted to compare the results of the nurse satisfaction survey collected from October to December 2016 through the semi-annual operation.Results Through the results of the nurse satisfaction survey,the factors affecting the enthusiasm of nurses were analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures were adopted.The satisfaction of nurses was significantly improved and the quality of care was also improved.Conclusion By improving the satisfaction of nurses,the quality of hospital care is guaranteed and the hospital's service capacity is improved.
