摘要:
期刊作为学术活动的重要载体，对学术评价的内容指标起着关键作用。本文通过了解科技期刊起源、发展以及对文献计量学在期刊评价中不同指标的应用进行讨论，分析地域性差异、学科差异、影响因子等因素对期刊评价造成的不同影响，并给出合理建议。
Abstract:
As an important carrier of academic activities,periodical plays a key role in the content index of academic evaluation.By understanding origins and development of journals of science and discussing applications of bibliometricsin different indicators in the assessment of journals,analyzing the factors of different effects such as regional difference,the difference of subject,the impact factor of periodical evaluation,and give reasonable suggestions.
