摘要:
目的 探析美托洛尔联合卡托普利治疗对慢性心衰患者心肌重构和心功能的影响。方法 2016年4月~2017年1月选择我院慢性心衰患者92例，随机分为两组，均给予强心利尿等常规性治疗，在此基础上，对照组46例加用美托洛尔，观察组46例则加服美托洛尔和卡托普利，对比两组治疗效果。结果 观察组治疗后LVEF、LVESD检测值均优于对照组；观察组心功能Ⅰ、Ⅱ级所占比例高于对照组，均存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 美托洛尔联合卡托普利治疗慢性心衰效果显著，能够有效抑制心肌重构，改善患者的心功能。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effects of metoprolol combined with captopril on myocardial remodeling and cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods From April 2016 to January 2017,92 patients with chronic heart failure in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.All patients were given conventional therapy such as cardiotomy and diuresis.On the basis of this,46 patients in the control group were treated with metoprolol,observation group 46 cases plus serving metoprolol and captopril, compared two groups of treatment.Results The values of LVEF and LVESD in the observation group were better than those in the control group after treatment.The proportions of cardiac function Ⅰ and Ⅱ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol combined with captopril treatment of chronic heart failure has a significant effect,can effectively inhibit myocardial remodeling and improve cardiac function in patients.
