摘要:
妊娠期糖尿病为妊娠期首次发现或发生的糖代谢异常，其发病与胰岛β细胞分泌功能障碍及胰岛素抵抗密切相关，可对母婴健康构成极大危害。同时饮食不当、体重增加、缺乏运动等不良生活方式均为导致该疾病发病率上升的重要影响因素。因此，对于妊娠期糖尿病患者进行系统化干预及治疗将有助于控制疾病发展，进而使其生活质量得到明显提升。
Abstract:
Gestational diabetes mellitus is an abnormal glucose metabolism first discovered or occurred during pregnancy,which is closely related to islet β cell secretion dysfunction and insulin resistance,it can cause great harm to maternal and infant health.At the same time,improper diet,weight gain,lack of exercise and other poor lifestyle are important factors that lead to the increase of the disease’s incidence.Therefore,ystematic intervention and treatment for gestational diabetes mellitus will help to control the development of the disease and thus significantly improve the quality of life.
