摘要:
目的 研究蓝芩口服液治疗慢性咽炎的临床效果。方法 选取我院2017年1月~2018年1月收治的128例慢性咽炎患者，采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，各64例，对照组给予慢性咽炎常规治疗，观察组在此基础上口服蓝芩口服液治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、患者临床症状缓解时间及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组临床治疗总有效率为92.19%，优于对照组的68.75%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者咽部粘膜干燥、咽部异物感、咽部干痒及咽部疼痛出血改善时间为（4.21±2.13）d、（5.51±1.5
Abstract:
Objective To study the clinical effect of Lanqi Oral Liquid in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.Methods A total of 128 patients with chronic pharyngitis admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 64 cases each.The control group received conventional treatment for chronic pharyngitis. Based on oral blue sputum oral solution treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups, the time of clinical symptom relief and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment was 92.19% in the observation group, which was better than that in the control group 68.75%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The pharyngeal mucosa was dry, pharyngeal foreign body sensation, dry throat itching and pharynx in the observation group. The improvement time of pain bleeding was (4.21±2.13)d, (5.51±1.53)d, (3.37±1.31)d, (5.38±1.86)d, which were better than the control group (9.22±3.12)d, (10.14±1.62) d, (7.67±1.18)d, (9.81±1.76), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the incidence of adverse drug reactions in the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion Oral Lanqi Oral Liquid has a good curative effect on chronic pharyngitis, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients without increasing adverse reactions.
