摘要:
目的 构建基于CT图像后处理技术的人体血管三维图像数据库,观察其在系统解剖学学习中应用效果。方法 于2018年3月~9月随机选取我校2018级影像专业的60名学生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各30名。对照组使用解剖图谱等传统学习方法,研究组使用由医学影像图像后处理工作站构建的正常人体血管系统数据库学习,学习结束后进行考试,通过问卷方式调查两组学生的学习效果反馈情况。结果 研究组学生的考试成绩为(82.59±4.28)分,及格率为100.00%。对照组学生考试成绩(71.45±3.78)分,及格率为80.31%,研究组学生平均成绩和及格率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组学生对降低实验学习的难度、更易于理解和记忆、提高学习兴趣、三维或二维图像学习操作的难易程度、对学习效率的满意度等各项评分结果均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在系统解剖学学习中使用基于CT后处理工作站构建的三维图像数据库可有效提升系统解剖学的学习效果,使学生更易于理解,有助于提高学习兴趣及效率。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To construct a three-dimensional image database of human blood vessels based on CT image post-processing technology, and observe its application effect in systematic anatomy learning.Methods From March to September 2018, 60 students from the 2018-level imaging major of our school were randomly selected as the research subjects, and were randomly divided into the control group and the research group, 30 each. The control group used traditional learning methods such as anatomical atlas. The research group used the normal human vascular system database constructed by the medical image post-processing workstation to conduct the examination after the end of the study, and investigated the learning effect feedback of the two groups of students through questionnaires.Results The test scores of the study group students were (82.59±4.28) and the pass rate was 100.00%. The test scores of the students in the control group were (71.45±3.78), and the pass rate was 80.31%. The average score and pass rate of the study group were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The study group students were more difficult to understand the experimental study, easier to understand and remember, improves their interest in learning, 3D or 2D images. The scores of learning difficulty and satisfaction with learning efficiency were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Using the 3D image database constructed by CT post-processing workstation in system anatomy learning can effectively improve the learning effect of system anatomy, making it easier for students to understand and help to improve learning interest and learning efficiency.
