摘要:
目的 探讨早期针灸联合现代康复治疗急性缺血性中风弛缓期瘫痪的临床疗效。方法 选择2017年10月~2018年10月我院收治的急性缺血性中风弛缓期瘫痪患者80例作为研究对象，随机分为参照组和研究组，每组40例。参照组给予现代康复治疗，研究组在参照组基础上给予早期针灸治疗，比较两组患者治疗前后运动功能评分及日常生活能力评分。结果 治疗后，研究组FMA评分、ADL评分均高于参照组[（85.62±4.72）分vs（78.51±4.13）分]、[（84.17±6.18）分vs（73.05±6.32）分]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 早期针灸联合现代康复对急性缺血性中风弛缓期瘫痪患者治疗效果理想，可改善患者运动功能，提高日常生活活动能力，有助于促进其病情转归，在临床中用于改善患者预后有一定积极作用。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of early acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Methods 80 patients with acute ischemic stroke flaccid paralysis admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were enrolled as subjects.They were randomly divided into reference group and study group, with 40 cases in each group. The reference group was given modern rehabilitation treatment. The study group gave early acupuncture treatment on the basis of the reference group, and compared the exercise function scores and daily living ability scores before and after treatment between the two groups.Results After treatment, the FMA score and ADL score of the study group were higher than the reference group [(85.62±4.72) points vs (78.51±4.13) points], [(84.17±6.18) points vs (73.05±6.32) points], the difference was statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Early acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation is effective in treating patients with acute ischemic stroke and flaccid paralysis. It can improve motor function, improve activities of daily living, help to promote the outcome of the disease, and improve the prognosis of patients in clinical practice. positive effects.
