摘要:
目的 分析大余县2013~2017年的结核病防治效果。方法 采集2013~2017年大余县的各类结核病防治报表和其他相关资料，结合初诊查痰率、涂阳检出率、涂阳治愈率、涂阳肺结核患者密切接触者筛查率等指标对大余县的结核病防治效果进行分析。结果 五年共2450例可疑结核病患者在大余县就诊，结核病登记率由2013年的53.77/10万降低到2017年的51.43/10万，其中登记管理的活动性肺结核病患者156例，新涂阳肺结核患者45例，登记率为14.84/10万，治愈率94.87%，调查信息知晓率90.69%，涂阳肺结核患者密切接触者203人，筛查率99.51%，耐多药可疑者筛查率87.50%。结论 大余县进行各方面防治措施后防治结核病的效果显著，需继续加大防治力度，保证人民群众的安全健康。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To analyze the effects of tuberculosis control in Dayu County from 2013 to 2017. Methods Collecting various types of tuberculosis control reports and other relevant data from Dayu County in 2013~2017, combined with the initial diagnosis rate, the detection rate of smear positive, the cure rate of smear positive, and the screening rate of close contacts of smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients. The effect of tuberculosis control in Dayu County was analyzed. Results A total of 2,450 suspected tuberculosis patients were treated in Dayu County in five years. The registration rate of tuberculosis decreased from 53.77/100,000 in 2013 to 51.43/100,000 in 2017, of which 156 registered active tuberculosis patients were newly coated. 45 cases of yang tuberculosis patients, the registration rate was 14.84/100,000, the cure rate was 94.87%, the survey information awareness rate was 90.69%, the smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients were close contact with 203 people, the screening rate was 99.51%, and the multi-drug suspicious person screening rate 87.50%. Conclusion The effect of prevention and treatment of tuberculosis after carrying out various measures of prevention and control in Dayu County is remarkable. It is necessary to continue to strengthen prevention and control to ensure the safety and health of the people.
