摘要:
目前自体脂肪作为一种填充材料已广泛运用于面部整形当中。其中自体颗粒脂肪注射作为主要的面部脂肪移植手段可用于填充各类先天或是后天的组织缺陷,也可以用于各种美容手术。然而仍有一些并发症如:脂肪存活率低、术后感染、硬结节形成、脂肪液化、脂肪栓塞等发生,引起业内广泛的关注。本文通过回顾临床情况结合近年相关文献,对面部颗粒脂肪移植各个步骤中预防并发症的要点,以及发生并发症后相应的处理方式进行综述。
Abstract:
At present, autologous fat has been widely used as a filling material in facial plastic surgery. Among them, autologous granule fat injection can be used as a main facial fat transplantation method to fill various congenital or acquired tissue defects, and can also be used in various cosmetic surgery. However, there are still some complications such as low fat survival rate, postoperative infection, hard nodule formation, fat liquefaction, fat embolism, etc., which have caused widespread concern in the industry. This article reviews the clinical situation and the related literature in recent years, and summarizes the main points of prevention of complications in each step of facial granule fat transplantation, and the corresponding treatment methods after complications.
