摘要:
目的 分析认知护理联合舒适护理对子宫内膜癌化疗患者焦虑情绪自尊感及生活质量的影响。方法 选择2018年3月~2019年3月在我院诊治的子宫内膜癌化疗患者126例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各63例。对照组给予常规护理联合舒适护理，观察组在对照组基础上联合认知护理，比较两组临床焦虑评分、自尊感评分以及生活质量评分。结果 护理后两组焦虑评分均低于护理前，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组自尊感评分均高于护理前，且观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；护理后观察组生活质量评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 认知护理联合舒适护理可减轻对子宫内膜癌化疗患者焦虑情绪，提高患者自尊感，进一步改善其生活质量，具有临床应用的重要作用。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the effects of cognitive nursing combined with comfort nursing on anxiety, self-esteem and quality of life in patients with endometrial cancer chemotherapy. Methods A total of 126 patients with endometrial cancer chemotherapy who were treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were enrolled. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table, 63 cases in each group. The control group was combined with comfort nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The observation group was combined with cognitive nursing on the basis of the control group. The clinical anxiety score, self-esteem score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the anxiety scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing, and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The self-esteem scores of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing, and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The quality of life score of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Cognitive nursing combined with comfort nursing can alleviate the anxiety of patients with endometrial cancer chemotherapy, improve their self-esteem and further improve their quality of life. It has an important role in clinical application.
