摘要:
垂体腺苷酸环化酶激活肽(PACAP)是一种多效性神经肽,广泛分布于机体内,具有抗凋亡、抗炎、抗氧化等功能,在不同器官系统损伤模型中发挥保护作用。目前PACAP在神经系统中的保护作用已得到广泛认可,且其在肾脏的保护作用逐渐受到重视。本文主要综述PACAP对肾缺血/再灌注、氧化应激、缺氧、糖尿病肾病、淀粉样变和化疗药物相关肾脏疾病的保护作用。
Abstract:
Pituitary adenylate cyclase activating peptide(PACAP) is a pleiotropic neuropeptide that is widely distributed in the body. It has anti-apoptotic, anti-inflammatory, and anti-oxidant functions, and plays a protective role in different organ system injury models. At present, the protective effect of PACAP in the nervous system has been widely recognized, and its protective effect in the kidney has gradually received attention. This article reviews the protective effects of PACAP on renal ischemia/reperfusion, oxidative stress, hypoxia, diabetic nephropathy, amyloidosis, and chemotherapeutic kidney disease.
