摘要:
目的 分析椎间孔镜治疗术后疼痛护理对腰椎间盘突出患者的干预效果。方法 收集我院2018年7月~2019年5月腰椎间盘突出患者46例，按随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组，各23例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上联合疼痛护理干预。比较两组手术优良率、干预前后疼痛情况及生活质量。结果 观察组优良率为95.65%，高于对照组的65.22%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。干预后两组VAS评分均低于干预前，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；干预后两组RMQ评分均高于干预前，且观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 腰椎间盘突出患者采用椎间孔镜治疗后疼痛护理干预的效果较好，有助于提高手术优良率，降低患者的疼痛程度，改善患者的生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the interventional effects of lumbar discectomy in patients with lumbar disc herniation after intervertebral foraminal surgery.Methods A total of 46 patients with lumbar disc herniation from July 2018 to May 2019 in our hospital were collected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 23 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group combined with pain nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The surgical excellence rate, pain before and after intervention, and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent rate in the observation group was 95.65%, which was higher than 65.22% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After the intervention, the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than before the intervention, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the RMQ scores of the two groups were higher than before the intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with lumbar disc herniation who have undergone lumbar discectomy have better effects of pain nursing intervention, which can help improve the excellent operation rate, reduce the pain level of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients.
