摘要:
目的 探究全自动血细胞分析仪在幼儿入园体检中的应用效果。方法 选择2018年1~12月赣县区梅林镇幼儿入园体检的2473例儿童为研究对象,在血常规检验过程中均先进行全自动血细胞分析仪检测,再予以血涂片形态学检测,比较两种检测方法对血红蛋白、白细胞、红细胞检出率以及中性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞阳性率。结果 在血细胞分析仪检测报警提示的血样本中,其血涂片复检阳性率66.96%;在血细胞分析仪无报警提示的血样本中,血细胞分析仪与血涂片形态学检测淋巴细胞、单核细胞、中性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞检测结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但两种方法检测嗜碱性粒细胞检测结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 全自动血细胞分析仪测定血常规结果具有准确、快速、可靠等优点,适用于大批量样本快速有效的检测,但其仍不能完全代替血涂片镜检,建议两种方法联合应用以保证检测结果的准确性与可靠性。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effect of the automatic blood cell analyzer in the physical examination of children entering the kindergarten.Methods From January to December 2018, 2473 children from Meilin Township, Gan County District were enrolled in the physical examination as the research object. During the routine blood test, automatic blood cell analyzer was used to detect the blood smear morphology, compare the detection rates of hemoglobin, white blood cells, red blood cells and the positive rates of neutrophils, eosinophils, basophils, lymphocytes, and monocytes by the two detection methods.Results The positive rate of blood smear re-examination was 66.96% in the blood samples detected by the hematology analyzer. In the blood sample of the blood cell analyzer without warning, comparison of blood cell analyzer and blood smear morphology detection of lymphocytes, monocytes, neutrophils, eosinophils, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05), but the results of the two methods for detecting basophils are compared, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The automatic blood cell analyzer has the advantages of accurate, rapid and reliable measurement of blood routine results. It is suitable for rapid and effective detection of large batches of samples, but it still cannot completely replace blood smear microscopy. It is recommended that the two methods be combined to ensure detection the accuracy and reliability of the results.
