摘要:
目的 分析消毒供应室对手术室器械采用一体化处理的效果及对医院感染的影响。方法 选择2017年1~12月我院消毒供应室采用传统手术器械清洗消毒方法作为对照组,选取2019年1~12月医院消毒供应室实行手术器械一体化处理方案作为观察组,比较一体化处理实施前后手术器械的清洗消毒效果、临床医生满意度及医院感染发生率。结果 实验组器械的清洗合格率(97.00%)、蛋白质残留测试清洁合格率(98.00%)及临床医生满意度(98.00%)高于对照组的83.00%、77.00%、9.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组医院感染发生率(3.70%)低于对照组(9.60%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 消毒供应室开展手术室器械一体化处理可有效提高手术器械的清洗消毒质量及灭菌合格率,同时提高临床医生对消毒供应工作的满意度,有效控制了医院感染的发生。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the effect of the integrated treatment of instruments in the operating room and the impact on hospital infection in the disinfection supply room.Methods From January to December 2017, the disinfection and supply room of our hospital used the traditional surgical instrument cleaning and disinfection method as the control group. From January to December 2019, the hospital disinfection and supply room was selected as the observation group, and the integrated treatment plan was compared. The cleaning and disinfection effect of surgical instruments before and after implementation, the satisfaction of clinicians and the incidence of hospital infection.Results The equipment cleaning pass rate (97.00%), protein residue test cleaning pass rate (98.00%)and clinician satisfaction (98.00%) of the experimental group were higher than the control group’s 83.00%, 77.00%, 9.60%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the incidence of nosocomial infection in the experimental group (3.70%) was lower than that in the control group (9.60%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated treatment of operating room instruments in the disinfection supply room can effectively improve the cleaning and disinfection quality and sterilization qualification rate of surgical instruments. At the same time, it can improve the satisfaction of clinicians with disinfection supply work and effectively control the occurrence of hospital infections.
