摘要:
目的 观察稳肾颗粒联合中药灌肠治疗慢性肾功能不全的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析2018年6月~2019年12月于常熟市中医院就诊的59例慢性肾功能不全患者资料，根据治疗方法不同分为观察组29例和对照组30例。两组均给予基础西医治疗，对照组在此基础上给予百令胶囊口服治疗，治疗组给予稳肾颗粒联合中药灌肠治疗。比较两组的临床疗效，血尿素氮（BUN）、血肌酐（Scr）、血红蛋白（HB）、白蛋白（ALB）、谷丙转氨酶（ALT）、血白细胞（WBC）及安全性情况。结果 观察组总有效率为93.10%，高于对照组的 73.33%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组的血肌酐和尿素氮水平均优于治疗前，且观察组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后的白蛋白、血红蛋白水平优于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组的谷丙转氨酶、白细胞比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），且均在正常值范围。结论 稳肾颗粒联合中药灌肠治疗慢性肾功能不全疗效显著，可改善肾功能和营养状况，且安全性好，值得临床应用。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenshen granule combined with Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency. Methods The data of 59 patients with chronic renal insufficiency who were treated at Changshu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into observation group of 29 cases and control group of 30 cases. Both groups were given basic western medicine treatment, the control group was given Bailing capsule oral treatment on this basis, and the treatment group was given Wenshen granule combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema treatment. The clinical efficacy, blood urea nitrogen (BUN), blood creatinine (Scr), hemoglobin (HB), albumin (ALB), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), white blood cell (WBC) and safety were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.10%, which was higher than 73.33% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the blood creatinine and urea nitrogen levels of the two groups after treatment were better than those before treatment, and the observation group was better In the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the albumin and hemoglobin levels of the observation group after treatment were better than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the alanine aminotransferase and white blood cells of the two groups after treatment in comparison, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05), and they were all within the normal range.Conclusion Wenshen granule combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema had a significant effect on chronic renal insufficiency, which could improve renal function and nutritional status, and had good safety and was worthy of clinical application.
