摘要:
目的 观察沙利度胺预防宫颈癌放疗所致急性放射性肠炎（ARP）的效果及对患者血清IL-6水平的影响。方法 选择2019年1月~2020年2月我院收治的局部晚期宫颈癌患者90例，随机分为试验组与对照组，各45例。两组均采用同步放化疗，试验组在对照组的基础上口服沙利度胺直至放疗结束，比较两组放疗期间ARP的发生率，放疗前后血清IL-6水平及不良反应发生情况。结果 试验组Ⅰ~Ⅱ级ARP发生率（24.44%）低于对照组（42.22%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；对照组中出现3例Ⅲ级ARP，试验组未发生Ⅲ级ARP；试验组肌酐增高发生率低于对照组，嗜睡发生率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；放疗后两组血清IL-6水平均高于放疗前，且对照组高于试验组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 沙利度胺可降低局部晚期宫颈癌放疗所致急性放射性肠炎患者血清IL-6水平，从而预防急性放射性肠炎发生，安全性良好。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of thalidomide in preventing acute radiation enteritis (ARP) caused by radiotherapy of cervical cancer and its effect on patients’ serum IL-6 levels.Methods 90 patients with locally advanced cervical cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with concurrent chemotherapy and radiotherapy. The test group was given thalidomide until the end of radiotherapy on the basis of the control group. The incidence of ARP, serum IL-6 levels before and after radiotherapy and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups during radiotherapy.Results The incidence of grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ ARP in the experimental group (24.44%) was lower than that in the control group (42.22%), the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); there were 3 cases of grade Ⅲ ARP in the control group, and no grade Ⅲ ARP in the experimental group The incidence of increased creatinine in the test group was lower than that of the control group, and the incidence of lethargy was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the serum IL-6 levels of the two groups after radiotherapy were higher than those before radiotherapy, and the control group was higher in the experimental group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Thalidomide can reduce the level of serum IL-6 in patients with acute radiation enteritis caused by radiotherapy for locally advanced cervical cancer, thereby preventing the occurrence of acute radiation enteritis, with good safety.
