摘要:
目的 探讨标准化管理对伤口造口专科护士工作行为的影响因素。方法 选择我院2016年9月前取得伤口造口专科护士资格证书的23名护士设为实施前组，2016年9月我院对伤口造口专科护士开始实施标准化管理，将2017年12月前取得伤口造口专科护士资格证书的30名护士设为实施后组。比较伤口造口专科护士在标准化管理实施前后的护理服务质量、护士行为规范管理质量、年度工作评价及业务工作能力。结果 实施前后护理服务质量、护士行为规范管理质量的缺陷率及评分比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；全院护理岗位评价中优秀率由实施前的26.09%提高到实施后的46.67%，专科护士年度工作开展情况评价中优秀率由实施前的39.13%提高到实施后80.00%；实施前后护理论文交流、培训查房主讲及护理会诊次数比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 标准化管理对伤口造口专科护士的护理服务意识、护理工作行为、年度护理工作评价及业务能力等方面均有积极的影响，能规范伤口造口专科护士的护理工作行为，促进其自我效能感的提升和自我价值的实现，提高个人的业务技术能力，进一步促进伤口造口专科护理工作的发展。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the influencing factors of standardized management on the work behavior of wound stoma specialist nurses.Methods The 23 nurses who obtained the qualification certificate of wound stoma specialist nurses in our hospital before September 2016 were selected as the pre-implementation group. In September 2016, our hospital began to implement standardized management for wound stoma specialist nurses, and will be before December 2017.30 nurses who obtained the qualification certificate of wound stoma specialist nurses were set as the post-implementation group. Compare the quality of nursing service, management quality of nurses’ behavioral norms, annual work evaluation and professional work ability of wound stoma specialist nurses before and after the implementation of standardized management.Results There was a statistically significant difference in the defect rate and scores of the quality of nursing service and the management of nurses’ behavioral norms before and after the implementation (P<0.05); the excellent rate in the nursing job evaluation of the whole hospital increased from 26.09% before implementation to 46.67% after implementation, the excellent rate in the evaluation of the annual work development of specialist nurses increased from 39.13% before the implementation to 80.00% after the implementation; the comparison of the number of nursing thesis exchanges, training home rounds and nursing consultations before and after implementation, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized management has a positive impact on the nursing service awareness, nursing work behavior, annual nursing work evaluation and professional ability of wound stoma specialist nurses. It can regulate the nursing work behavior of wound stoma specialist nurses and promote their self-efficacy. The improvement of self-worth and the realization of self-worth, improve personal business and technical capabilities, and further promote the development of wound stoma specialist nursing work.
