摘要:
目的 探讨小青龙汤联合三子养亲汤治疗慢性支气管炎患者的临床疗效及对呼吸功能的影响。方法 选取我院2018年3月~2020年3月收治的169例患者，随机分为治疗组（n=85）和对照组（n=84）。对照组采用布地奈德混悬液治疗，治疗组在此基础上采用小青龙汤联合三子养亲汤治疗。观察比较两组临床疗效、FEV1、FEV1%及FEV1/FVC等肺功能指标及副作用发生情况。结果 治疗组有效率为95.29%，高于对照组的78.57%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组FEV1、FEV1%及FEV1/FVC均高于治疗前，且治疗组FEV1、FEV1%及FEV1/FVC高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗组不良反应发生率为4.71%，低于对照组的14.29%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 小青龙汤与三子养亲汤联合治疗慢性支气管炎临床疗效显著，可有效改善患者临床症状及呼吸功能状态，提高生活质量，安全性高。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Xiaoqinglong Decoction combined with Sanzi Yangqin Decoction in the treatment of patients with chronic bronchitis and its influence on respiratory function.Methods A total of 169 patients admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group (n=85) and control group (n=84).The control group was treated with budesonide suspension, and the treatment group was treated with Xiaoqinglong Decoction combined with Sanzi Yangqin Decoction on this basis.Observe and compare the clinical efficacy, FEV1, FEV1%, FEV1/FVC and other pulmonary function indicators and the occurrence of side effects between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 95.29%, which was higher than 78.57% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05);The FEV1, FEV1% and FEV1/FVC of the two groups were higher than before treatment, and the FEV1, FEV1% and FEV1/FVC of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 4.71%, which was lower than 14.29% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of Xiaoqinglong Decoction and Sanzi Yangqin Decoction in the treatment of chronic bronchitis has a significant clinical effect, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and respiratory function of patients, improve the quality of life, and has high safety.
