摘要:
目的 探讨桃红四物汤熏洗坐浴治疗混合痔术后患者的效果及对创面水肿和疼痛的影响。方法 选择2018年5月1日~2019年12月1日我院肛肠科行外剥内扎术治疗的混合痔患者152例，随机分为实验组和对照组，每组76例。所有患者均采用外剥内扎术治疗，对照组手术后常规予以龙珠软膏涂抹治疗+高锰酸钾温水熏洗坐浴，实验组予以龙珠软膏涂抹治疗+桃红四物汤熏洗坐浴，比较两组创面水肿情况及疼痛情况、临床治疗疗效、住院时间、水肿消失时间、创面愈合时间及并发症发生情况。结果 两组术后第1天创面水肿评分、疼痛程度评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；两组术后第3、7、14天创面水肿评分、疼痛较术后第1天降低，且实验组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。实验组治疗总有效率为86.84%，高于对照组的78.95%（P＜0.05）。实验组住院时间、水肿消失时间、创面愈合时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗期间，两组无严重不良反应发生。结论 桃红四物汤熏洗坐浴可以有效促进混合痔患者手术后创面愈合，改善创面水肿情况，降低患者疼痛程度，加快患者出院时间，安全性良好。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction with fumigation andsittingbathin the treatment of postoperative mixed hemorrhoids and its influence on wound edema and pain.Methods From May 1, 2018 to December 1, 2019, 152 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who underwent external stripping and internal ligation in the Anorectal De partment of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 76 cases in each group.All patients were treated with external stripping and internal ligation. After the operation, the control group was routinely treated with Longzhu ointment + potassium permanganate warm water fumigation andsittingbath.The experimental group was given Longzhu ointment smear treatment + Taohong Siwu Decoction with fumigation andsittingbath, and compared the two groups’ wound edema and pain, clinical treatment effect, hospitalization time, edema disappearance time, wound healing time and complications.Results There was no significant difference in wound edema score and pain degree score between the two groups on the first postoperative day (P>0.05);The wound edema score and pain of the two groups on the 3rd, 7th, and 14th day after operation were lower than those on the 1st day after operation, and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 86.84%, which was higher than 78.95% in the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time, edema disappearance time and wound healing time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Taohong Siwu Decoction with fumigation andsittingbathcan effectively promote wound healing in patients with mixed hemorrhoids after surgery, improve wound edema, reduce patient pain, and speed up the patient’s discharge time, with good safety.
