摘要:
目的 探讨细节护理对微量泵注射药物治疗心力衰竭效果及对心功能的影响。方法 选取2019年2月~2020年2月我院行微量泵注射药物治疗的84例心力衰竭患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各42例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用细节护理干预，比较两组心率、心率恢复正常范围时间、心功能指标（心排血量、心脏指数、射血分数）、生存质量、护理（健康宣讲、服务态度、医患沟通）满意度评分。结果 观察组心率小于对照组，心率恢复正常时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组心排血量、心脏指数、射血分数高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组生存质量（生理、心理、社会、环境、生存生活质量）各维度评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组护理（健康宣讲、服务态度、医患沟通）满意度评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 微量泵注射药物治疗心力衰竭中应用细节护理干预，可促进患者心率恢复，缩短心率恢复时间，提高心功能指标和生存质量，促进和谐护患关系建立，提升护理满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of detailed nursing on the treatment of heart failure by micro-pump injection of drugs and its influence on heart function.Methods A total of 84 patients with heart failure who underwent micro-pump injection therapy in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method, with 42 cases in each group.The control group adopts routine nursing, and the observation group adopts detailed nursing intervention.Comparing the two groups of heart rate, the time to return to normal range, cardiac function indicators (cardiac output, cardiac index, ejection fraction), quality of life, nursing (health promotion, service attitude, doctor-patient communication) satisfaction scores.Results The heart rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the time for the heart rate to return to normal was shorter than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The cardiac output, cardiac index, and ejection fraction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The observation group’s quality of life (physiology, psychology, society, environment, quality of life and quality of life) each dimension score was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The satisfaction scores of nursing (health promotion, service attitude, doctor-patient communication) of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of detailed nursing intervention in the treatment of heart failure by micro-pump injection of drugs can promote the recovery of patients’ heart rate, shorten the recovery time of heart rate, improve heart function indicators and quality of life, promote the establishment of a harmonious nurse-patient relationship, and improve nursing satisfaction.
