摘要:
人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）是女性生殖道及皮肤黏膜常见致病菌，其感染率非常普遍，可引起鳞状上皮细胞增殖，在宫颈病变的发生发展中具有重要作用。现阶段，临床关于HPV感染与宫颈病变相关性的研究多集中在HPV分型、病毒载量及阴道菌群等方面。现本文结合HPV的生物学基础，对HPV感染与宫颈病变的相关性研究进展作一综述，以供参考。
Abstract:
Human papillomavirus (HPV) is a common pathogen of female genital tract and skin mucosa. Its infection rate is very common, which can cause the proliferation of squamous epithelial cells and plays an important role in the occurrence and development of cervical lesions. At present, the clinical research on the correlation between HPV infection and cervical lesions mainly focuses on HPV typing, viral load and vaginal flora. Based on the biological basis of HPV, this paper reviews the research progress on the correlation between HPV infection and cervical lesions for reference.
