摘要:
目的 了解三级综合医院多重耐药菌(MDROs)分布及耐药特点,探讨MDROs相关感染导致的直接经济损失。方法 调查2019年1月-2021年8月我院检出菌株分布及耐药性情况,根据是否检出MDROs分为MDROs组和非MDORs组,分析病原菌检出率、耐药率、住院日及费用情况。结果 CRAB检出率最高,其次为MRCNS、MDR-ECL。MDROs组与非MDROs组CRAB、MRCNS、MRSA、MDR/PDR-PA、CR-KPN、MDR-ECO耐药率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);除MRCNS化验费外,MDROs组与非MDROs组不同菌株间住院日及费用高于非MDROs组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 医院MDROs病原菌以革兰氏阴性杆菌为主,MDROs感染可增加患者住院日及住院费,增加患者经济负担。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the distribution and drug resistance characteristics of multi-drug resistant organisms (MDROs) in tertiary general hospitals, and to explore the direct economic losses caused by MDROs-related infections.Methods The distribution and drug resistance of strains detected in our hospital from January 2019 to August 2021 were investigated. According to whether MDROs were detected, they were divided into MDROs group and non-MDORs group. The detection rate, drug resistance rate, hospitalization days and cost of pathogenic bacteria were analyzed.Results The detection rate of CRAB was the highest, followed by MRCNS and MDR-ECL. There were significant differences in the drug resistance rates of CRAB, MRCNS, MRSA, MDR/PDR-PA, CR-KPN, MDR-ECO between MDROs group and non-MDROs group (P<0.05). Except for the test cost of MRCNS, the hospitalization days and costs of different strains in MDROs group and non-MDROs group were higher than those in non-MDROs group (P<0.05).Conclusion Gram-negative bacilli are the main pathogens of MDROs in hospitals. MDROs infection can increase the hospitalization days and hospitalization expenses of patients, and increase the economic burden of patients.
