摘要:
目的 观察渐进式引导护理对双相情感障碍患者护理效果及认知功能的影响。方法 选取2019年6月-2021年5月我院收治的62例双相情感障碍患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（31例）和观察组（31例），对照组实施常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予渐进式引导护理。比较两组认知功能评分、社会功能、生活质量水平以及护理满意度评分。结果 两组干预后认知功能评分均高于干预前，且观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组干预后社会功能评分均低于干预前，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组干预后生活质量各维度评分均高于干预前，且观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组护理内容、护理技术、沟通能力、工作细心度、护理态度各维度评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在双相情感障碍患者护理中开展渐进式引导护理干预，可改善患者认知功能、社会功能，提高其生活质量水平及护理满意度，应用效果良好。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of progressive guided nursing on the nursing effect and cognitive function of patients with bipolar disorder.Methods A total of 62 patients with bipolar disorder admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (31 cases) and observation group (31 cases) by random number table method. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received progressive guidance nursing on the basis of the control group. The scores of cognitive function, social function, quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The cognitive function score of the two groups after intervention was higher than that before intervention, and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The social function score of the two groups after intervention was lower than that before intervention, and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of each dimension of quality of life in the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of nursing content, nursing technology, communication ability, work care and nursing attitude in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Progressive guided nursing intervention can improve the cognitive function and social function of patients with bipolar disorder, improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction, and the application effect is good.
