摘要:
目的 评价大黄解毒散的皮肤刺激性、皮肤过敏性及急性毒性。方法 皮肤刺激性试验:家兔4只,采用自身对照,左侧为对照部位(温水),右侧为试验部位(大黄解毒散),连续14 d完整皮肤给药并评分。皮肤过敏性试验:豚鼠30只,随机数字表法均分为对照组(温水)、阳性组(2,4-二硝基氯苯)和给药组(大黄解毒散),分别于第1、7、14天致敏,末次致敏后14 d激发,并于1、24、48、72 h评分。急性毒性试验:大鼠40只,随机数字表法均分为对照组(温水)和给药组(大黄解毒散),分别于给药后1、24、48、72 h及14 d分别观察其毒性反应并评分。结果 家兔皮肤偶见红斑,无水肿;阳性组豚鼠过敏现象明显,评分较高,致敏率为100%,其余组无过敏现象,评分及致敏率为0;各组大鼠在给药后均无生理异常表现及死亡情况,给药组大鼠皮肤偶见红斑,无水肿,大体解剖学检查显示各脏器均未发现异常改变。结论 大黄解毒散外用时对皮肤无刺激、无过敏、毒性较小。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the skin irritation, skin irritability and acute toxicity of Dahuang Jiedu powder.Methods Skin irritation test: 4 rabbits were used as their own control. The left side was the control part (warm water), and the right side was the test part (Dahuang Jiedu powder), the complete skin was administered and scored for 14 consecutive days. Skin irritability test: Thirty guinea pigs were randomly divided into control group (warm water), positive group (2, 4-dinitrochlorobenzene) and administration group (Dahuang Jiedu powder). The rats were sensitized at 1, 7 and 14 days, stimulated at 14 days after the last sensitization, and scored at 1, 24, 48 and 72 hours. Acute toxicity test: 40 rats were randomly divided into control group (warm water) and administration group (Dahuang Jiedu powder). The toxicity reaction was observed and scored at 1, 24, 48, 72 h and 14 d after administration.Results Skin erythema was occasionally observed in rabbits without edema. In the positive group, the allergic phenomenon was obvious and the score was high, and the sensitization rate was 100%; in the other groups, there was no allergic phenomenon, and the score and sensitization rate were 0. No physiological abnormalities or death were found in rats in each group after administration. Skin erythema was occasionally observed and no edema was observed in rats in the administration group, and gross anatomy examination showed no abnormal changes in each organ.Conclusion Dahuang Jiedu powder has no irritation, no allergy and little toxicity to the skin when used externally.
