摘要:
目的 评价切口感染的剖宫产产妇给予红外线照射治疗前后微循环及感染情况的变化。方法 纳入2019年1月-2021年6月在我院产科治疗的切口感染剖宫产产妇60例。按照随机数字表法分为红外线理疗组(30例)与对照组(30例)。比较两组产妇治疗前后宫颈血管清晰度、微血管直径、血流灌注与毛细血管直径及疗效。结果 红外线理疗组治疗后宫颈血管清晰度高于对照组(P<0.05);红外线理疗组治疗后血流灌注、微血管直径、毛细血管直径高于对照组(P<0.05);红外线理疗组有效率为95.92%,高于对照组的81.63%(P<0.05)。结论 剖宫产切口产妇给予常规抗感染与红外线照射联合治疗能较好地改善产妇局部微循环,疗效更高。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the changes of microcirculation and infection in women undergoing cesarean section with incision infection before and after infrared radiation treatment.Methods From January 2019 to June 2021, 60 cesarean section women with incision infection treated in our hospital were included. According to the random number table method, they were divided into infrared physiotherapy group (30 women) and control group (30 women). The cervical vascular clarity, microvascular diameter, blood perfusion, capillary diameter and curative effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment, the clarity of cervical blood vessels in the infrared physiotherapy group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the blood perfusion, microvascular diameter and capillary diameter of the infrared physiotherapy group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The effective rate of the infrared physiotherapy group was 95.92%, which was higher than 81.63% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of conventional anti-infection and infrared irradiation can improve the local microcirculation of parturients with cesarean section incision, and the curative effect is higher.
