摘要:
目的 观察葛根芩连汤联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效及对患者炎性因子的影响。方法 选取2021年2月-2022年7月在江西省中西医结合医院门诊及住院诊治的62例溃疡性结肠炎患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（n=31）和观察组（n=31）。对照组采用美沙拉嗪治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合葛根芩连汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候（腹泻、脓血便、腹痛、肛门灼热）评分、肠镜Baron评分、炎性因子[C反应蛋白（CRP）、白介素-6（IL-6）、降钙素原（PCT）]水平。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为93.55%，高于对照组的80.65%（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后腹泻、脓血便、腹痛、肛门灼热评分均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后肠镜Baron评分均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后CRP、IL-6、PCT水平均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 葛根芩连汤联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎具有确切的效果，可提高治疗疗效，降低炎性因子水平和肠镜Baron评分，减轻中医证候，具有良好的应用有效性和安全性。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the efficacy of Gegen Qinlian Decoction combined with mesalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis and its effect on inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 62 patients with ulcerative colitis who were treated in Jiangxi Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from February 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (n=31) and observation group (n=31) by random number table method. The control group was treated with mesalazine, and the observation group was treated with Gegen Qinlian decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, TCM syndrome (diarrhea, purulent blood stool, abdominal pain, anal burning) score, colonoscopy Baron score, inflammatory factors [C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6), procalcitonin (PCT)] levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.55 %, which was higher than 80.65 % in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of diarrhea, purulent blood stool, abdominal pain and anal burning in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the Baron scores of colonoscopy in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of CRP, IL-6 and PCT in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Gegen Qinlian decoction combined with mesalazine has a definite effect in the treatment of ulcerative colitis, which can improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the level of inflammatory factors and Baron score of colonoscopy, and reduce TCM syndromes, with good application effectiveness and safety.
