摘要:
本文通过对真实世界的需求分析,设计了基于临床业务的单病种质控管理系统,该系统通过集成临床医疗过程中产生的数据,自动识别填报对象,并对填报内容进行有效性、合法性校验,实现了院科两级管理员审核后自动上报国家单病种质控平台。系统同时可对上报数据进行分析统计,为医院的单病种质控工作提供信息支撑。系统上线后缩减了医生填报单病种的时间,提高了填报准确率,提升单病种质控工作效率,方便了医院对单病种质控工作的管理。
Abstract:
Based on the analysis of the needs of the real world, this paper designs a single disease quality control management system based on clinical business. The system integrates the data generated in the clinical medical process, automatically identifies the reporting object, and verifies the validity and legitimacy of the reporting content. The system realizes the automatic reporting of the national single disease quality control platform after the review of the two levels of administrators. At the same time, the system can analyze and count the reported data, and provide information support for the quality control of single disease in the hospital. After the system was launched, the time for doctors to fill in the single disease was reduced, the accuracy of filling in the report was improved, the efficiency of quality control of single disease was improved, and the management of quality control of single disease in the hospital was convenient.
