摘要:
目的 分析国内术中压力性损伤护理研究的现状及热点，以期为该领域的临床应用及实践提供参考。方法 以CNKI数据库为检索工具，检索2010-2019年发表的术中压力性损伤护理研究的文献，对纳入文献的发表数量、地区、发表期刊、作者、基金资助、关键词等进行分析。结果 最终纳入分析文献659篇，2010-2019年术中压疮护理研究相关文献的发表数量总体呈逐年上升趋势；文献期刊分布在国内203种期刊上，总体较分散；作者总数为1657名，文献作者人数最少为1名，最多为11名，其中246篇为作者独立完成，413篇为2名及以上作者合作完成的，合作率为62.67%，合作度为2.51；基金项目支持的91篇；被引用文献有554篇，占87.07%，总被引频次4628次，单篇被引频次最高的为214次；提取关键词894个，统计“压疮”最高频次为236次，可得高频词阈值为12，获取核心关键词28个。结论 我国术中压力性损伤护理研究领域尚未形成核心，未来手术室等相关专业人员应加强对该领域的关注，增加合作交流，提高研究质量，深化研究成果，共同推进国内术中压力性损伤护理研究的发展。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the current situation and hotspots of nursing research on intraoperative pressure injury in China, so as to provide reference for clinical application and practice in this field.Methods The CNKI database was used as a retrieval tool to search the papers on the nursing of intraoperative pressure injury published from 2010 to 2019, and the number, region, journal, author, funding support, and keyword of the included papers were analyzed.Results A total of 659 papers were included in the study. From 2010 to 2019, the number of papers related to the nursing of intraoperative pressure injury was increasing year by year. The papers were published in 203 domestic journals, which were generally scattered. The total number of authors was 1657, the minimal number of paper author was 1, and the maximum was 11. Among them, 246 papers were completed by 1 author independently and 413 were co-published by 2 or more authors, with the cooperation rate of 62.67% and the cooperation degree of 2.51. 91 articles were supported by funding projects. The number of cited papers was 554, accounting for 87.07%. The total citation frequency was 4628 times, and the highest frequency of a single paper was 214 times. A total of 894 keywords were extracted, and “pressure ulcer” was the most frequently-used word (236 times), and the threshold of high-frequency words was 12, with 28 core keywords obtained.Conclusion The research field of intraoperative pressure injury nursing in China has not yet formed a core. In the future, relevant professionals such as operating rooms should strengthen their attention to this field, increase cooperation and exchanges, improve the quality of research, deepen the research results, and jointly promote the development of domestic intraoperative pressure injury nursing research.
