摘要:
目的 研究聚焦解决护理模式对腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术患者手术指标及并发症的影响。方法 选取2020年1月-2022年6月我院行腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术的60例患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各组30例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予聚焦解决护理模式，比较两组手术指标、疼痛（VAS）评分、舒适度（Kolcaba）评分、护理满意度以及并发症发生率。结果 观察组术中出血量、肠鸣音恢复时间、下床活动时间、首次排便时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组术后4 h VAS评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），而观察组术后6、12 h VAS评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组干预后Kolcaba舒适度评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度为96.67%，高于对照组的83.33%（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为6.67%，低于对照组的16.67%（P＜0.05）。结论 聚焦解决护理模式可促进腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术患者术后快速恢复，提高舒适度，降低疼痛度，且患者对护理的满意度较高。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of solution focused nursing model on operation indicators and complications in patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy.Methods Sixty patients who underwent laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given solution focused nursing mode on the basis of the control group. The operation indexes, pain (VAS) score, comfort (Kolcaba) score, nursing satisfaction and complication rate were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss, bowel sound recovery time, ambulation time and first defecation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups at 4 h after operation (P>0.05), while the VAS scores of the observation group at 6 and 12 h after operation were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, the Kolcaba comfort score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 83.33% of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%, which was lower than 16.67% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Solution focused nursing mode can promote the rapid recovery of patients after laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy, improve comfort, reduce pain, and patients have higher satisfaction with nursing.
